To receive a free replacement, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days may be subject to replacement or shipping charges, depending on the circumstances.

- Clear photos of the product and packaging

- A short video showing the issue, where applicable

The video may be required to verify that the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Step 2: Verification

After reviewing the information provided, Vibescart UAE will determine whether the product qualifies for replacement.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, broken, or incorrect, we may arrange a replacement according to the procedure below.

Step 3: Returning the Product

If a return is required, you may be asked to provide the product in its original packaging, including the original product box, accessories, manuals, and other items supplied with the order.

We may arrange collection through our delivery partner or provide instructions for returning the product.

Once the returned product is received and verified, a replacement will be arranged.

Replacement Time

Approved replacements are generally processed within 5–14 working days, depending on product availability and courier arrangements.

Replacement time may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or product availability.

Change of Mind

We do not offer replacements or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes situations where the customer:

- No longer wants the product

- Ordered the wrong product or size

- Changes their mind after receiving the product

- Finds that the product does not meet personal preferences, where the product is otherwise as described and functioning properly

Refund Policy

Vibescart UAE generally does not offer refunds for completed purchases.

However, if a refund is required due to circumstances such as an unavailable replacement, an order being cancelled by Vibescart UAE, or another situation approved by our customer support team, the refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Where applicable, refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another appropriate method agreed upon with the customer.

Important Conditions

Replacement requests may be rejected if:

- The product has been intentionally or accidentally damaged by the customer.

- Required photos or videos are not provided when requested.

- The issue is reported outside the applicable timeframe.

- The product is returned without required accessories or components, where those items are necessary for verification.
